My name is Ed Gauntt and I have been FRM’s operations officer for the past six years. My passion is to serve Jesus Christ and to be used by Him. I travel to Sudan, Africa to teach the SPLA Chaplains each year, as well as disciple our senior staff chaplains at FRM’s International Missions Training College in Nimule, Sudan. “Remember the prisoners as if chained with them, and those who are mistreated, since you yourselves are in the body also.” Hebrews 12:3

My name is Serra and I have been with Far Reaching Ministries for about a year and a half. I am responsible for taking care of monthly sponsorships for children, missionaries, chaplains, and various projects. I am also the face you see when you walk in the door (AKA: receptionist.)

I thrive on adventure and exploration. I love to travel, write, read, and am especially interested in music and creative expression. I love meeting new people and seeing how God has worked through their lives past and present. My passion is to help the helpless in various capacities, and to live a life that glorifies Christ and would lead people to a saving relationship with Him.

My name is Wanda Hildreth. Wes Bentley is the oldest of my 5 children. I managed a bank for 30 yrs in Washington State. Upon retirement my husband Bob and I traveled the U.S. and Europe for two years. We also had the wonderful opportunity to visit the work in Africa and to travel in China. In 2003 we moved to Temecula to be close to my children. I soon began working part-time at FRM. In the office I do bank work, write letters, etc. I have asked God to use me any way I am needed. Even though I have been a Christian for most of my life it has been a tremendous learning experience to work here in the office and meet all of the wonderful staff both in the US, Africa, China, and Russia. I have been very impressed with the office Bible studies and the depth of knowledge of everyone here at every age. It has been a special blessing to read the letters sent to FRM from the many wonderful people who sponsor our work! Bob and I love to travel, walk, bike, swim, and spend time with friends and family.

My name is Sheri Hansen. I am married to a wonderful third grade teacher named Derick. My passion is seeing the Scriptures come alive to women in Bible study and seeing God's reflection in our National Parks.

I work stateside in the office at FRM as an Administrative Assistant- helping with monthly newsletter distribution, providing accounting support, and whatever else is needed.

I was born and raised in Southern California and I have two children: Sage, 7 and Courage, 5. I have been married to Bartley Forsythe for 12 ½ years. We have been involved in ministry ever since we have been married. When I got saved the Lord told me that if I would follow after him and have a surrendered life that He would take me on great exploits. “But the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” Daniel 11:32I have worked with FRMA officially for about two years as a women’s ministry coordinator. I arrange craft parties to sell the ladies crafts that are made in Africa and I also do graphic design and put together the weekly prayer points.

My only passion is the Lord. I want more of Him, and as I receive more of Him my life is full and exciting.

My wife Deb and I have been married since 1973. We have five children and nine grandchildren. We came to the Lord late in our lives, at 44 years old. I spend about half of the year in Sudan teaching God's Word to the chaplain and pastor students and teaching ladies Bible studies at the Sudanese Army Barracks. When I am not in Sudan I serve at the Far Reaching Ministries office in Murrieta assisting office staff and traveling for speaking engagements on behalf of FRM.

My passions are the people of South Sudan and teaching, training, and mentoring the Sudanese Chaplains and Pastors to reach all of Sudan for Christ.
